DELIVERY GUIDELINES

Please review our delivery and drop-off guidelines below: 

 

MINIMUMS

  • 20 person minimum guest count per order

  • Lunch: must meet $25 per person for lunch delivery, or a $500 food cost minimum. 

  • Dinner: must meet $30 per person for dinner delivery, or a $600 food cost minimum. 

 

 

SERVICE FEES +
PAYMENT TERMS

  • There is a $75 delivery fee. Pick up is not available on catering orders.

  • An automatic 18% gratuity will be charged to the final invoice unless stated otherwise. 

  • A 50% deposit is required upon the booking of the event to secure Verde Cocina’s services. 

  • Payment in full must be made upon the day of delivery.

  • Verde Cocina is not responsible for plates, napkins, or flatware unless bought with final invoice. 

    • Compostable plates, napkins, and flatware can be bought for $1 per person.

 

 

ORDER CHANGES
+ CANCELLATIONS

  • All menu or contract changes must be made 48 hours prior to the day and time of your event.
    Changes must be confirmed by a member of our staff. Additional charges may be applied for last minute changes. 

  • 50% of the food total will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice.

  • 100% of the food total will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice. 

  • Cancellations must be confirmed by a member of our staff.
